Arrival in Chengdu or Guangzhou.

Upon arrival at Chengdu or Guangzhou airport, your tour guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Chengdu or Guangzhou is the entry point to Tibet (NYINGCHI or Lhasa).
Overnight in Chengdu or Guangzhou

NYINGCHI-BOME-RANWU 380km.

After breakfast, proceed to Bome and Ranwu.
Visit attractions along the way, including Sejia Mountain. You will admire the breathtaking Namjagbarwa peak, the most beautiful summit at the eastern end of the Himalayas. It is the holy land for the oldest Buddhist sect in Tibet, known as the “Yongzhongben Sect”, and is revered as the “Father of the Mountains in Tibet”.
Visit Lulang Linhai. “Lulang”, meaning “Dragon King Valley” in Tibetan, is located 75 kilometers east of Bayi Town in Nyingchi. It is a place that is said to “make people homesick” and is the largest and most popular tourist destination in the third most intact forest area.
The Gangxiang Spruce Forest has been recognized as “one of the ten most beautiful forests in China” by the magazine Chinese National Geography.
Guxiang Lake is counted among the ten most beautiful lakes in Tibet. It is a barrier lake formed by a massive mudslide in Kargon Nongba, blocking the Parung Zangbo River. It is one of the famous freshwater lakes in southeastern Tibet.

RANWU-BOME 140KM.

After breakfast, travel to Bome and Ranwu. En route, enjoy views of the Palong Zangbo River’s source and the picturesque Ranwu Lake, known as the “Sleeping Beauty”. The elongated lake extends to the Laigu Glacier.
Visit the Laigu Glacier, the largest and broadest glacier in Tibet, and one of the three largest in the world. In Tibetan, “Laigu” means “a hidden paradise-like village”. The first glimpse of the glacier is breathtaking, akin to seeing a beautiful woman appear suddenly, leaving a lasting impression of both shock and beauty.
Special Experience: Experience the Laigu Glacier up close. We’ll provide crampons and you can take photos next to the massive ice walls, walk on the frozen Ranwu Lake, and marvel at the unique allure of this otherworldly landscape.

BOME-NYINGCHI-BASONGCUO 380KM.

After hotel breakfast, drive to NYINGCHI and visit Lulang International Town (Inc Horse Ride).
As an important station along National Highway 318, this open natural pasture is known for its gentle meadows, which are nestled among forests and mountains, offering a refreshing environment.
Enjoy the scenery of the intersection of the Brahmaputra River and the Niyang River along the way.

BASONGCUO-LHASA 380KM.

After hotel breakfast, drive to Lhasa. Along the way, visit Basongcuo (sightseeing bus + boat ride), Tibet’s “Little Switzerland”, where the scenery resembles that of the Switzerland. Basongcuo is also known as “Cogao Lake” in Tibetan, meaning “green water.”
Explore the Mila Mountain Tunnel. The tunnel is part of the 409.2-kilometer-long high-grade highway linking Lhasa with Nyingchi, which saw a total investment of 38 billion yuan. The highway is built to four-lane, first-class standards with a speed limit of 80 km/h. The tunnel has reduced driving time from Lhasa to Nyingchi from 8 to 4 hours.
Arrive in Lhasa, and check into your hotel for the night.

Lhasa City, Potala Place and Barkhor Street.

The tour will begin from UNESCO World Heritage site - Potala Palace, which is also the winter palace of Dalai Lama. It's situated at 12,139 feet above sea level. It's a 13-story high building that contains over 1,000 rooms, various statues, stupas, murals and artifacts.
Then continue to Jokhang Temple, another UNESCO World Heritage site. It’s a spiritual center for Buddhists in Tibet. Next to the temple there is Bakhor Street, filled with pilgrims and street vendors, selling traditional Tibetan items such as prayer wheels and jewelry.
